This place is very budget. The staff were friendly and the view was great, rather amazing actually and Very close to City Palace. The service is very slow and the breakfast menu never had all the options. The WiFi never worked the entire time we were there. The rooms had almost no amenities, just a Bed, Fan & Aircon, No Safe or Cupboards. Bathroom was very basic. Hotel was very noisy and the hallway echoed. Door of the room didn't have a very secure lock and didn't close flush with frame, which let in more noise and light. Getting to and from the Hotel is through "back alleyways" and cannot get a car there, but the staff do carry your bags.

Mixed experience. PROS....only lake view is good.
CONS...1. Pathetic breakfast.....you need to opt only one thing what the list they give you and that's good quality is still needs improvement.
2. Locating the hotel initially is too hectic as it needs too much walking into dirty streets.
3. Rooms need renovation as too much seepage is there.
4. No lift so every time you need to exhaust yourself to reach your room.
5. They give more treatment to foreigners so be ready for the same if you encounter.

My only suggestion is you can get much more nice hotels within same budget as the prices are too high and don't deserve that much high charges.

Lovely hotel with excellent staff who can make you feel so comfortable. There was a staff memeber named CHIRAG, who just stole our heart. Amazing person with such a great nature and service was over the top. View of the roof top is amazing. The hotel is very close to City palace and all other major attractions here. Overall best experience I had. This place made my stay in Udaipur more special.
