Very budgeted hotel.. Not like the one they show on fabhotels app or website. First of all its in a very narrow lane. Parking looked limited and cramped. We booked it online and when we went there it was not upto the expectations. Very old and low maintained property. It doesn't justify Fabhotels name. No good view from the rooms. We changed the hotel after seeing the room. If anyone is on a very tight budget and is without a car then can try, but we haven't stayed so i can't tell about the service and all.

The room was clean and looked okay for the price but it didn't had basic amenities like bathroom slippers, bath soaps or shampoo, toothpaste etc. They provided a single soap for handwash for 3 people and asked more money for additional soap.
The AC remote wasn't working either. Service wasn't good either, even after calling twice nobody came.
4 wheeler parking is difficult as the hotel is in a narrow lane.

Please don't book this hotel. They are completely fraud. I have booked this hotel for 6 adults and 1 child along with breakfast which is clearly mentioned in the booking receipt. But when I checked-in then they have asked extra 1000 for child and not provided any breakfast.Sevice is very poor. Bathroom is not in working condition.They have denied to pay the bill for the amount which I have paid.
