There was a time in udaipur when one used to have limited options of where to go out for food. But as the mushrooming started, joints popped anywhere & everywhere of all sizes. Today we will be talking about a place which is very cosy, has simple but quirky interiors & a normal seating space.
Eat AM - PM which is located on 100 ft Shobhagpura road near Shri Balaji Bikaner Mishthan Bhandar. They serve a variety of options from snacks to fast food to main course food.
We ordered
- Bread Roll
- Chole Bhature
- Lassi
I have majorly tried bread bada but have had bread roll very few times & found it equally or more oily. But here to my surprise it wasn't that oily for a dish that was deep fried. The masala inside had a tangy & spicy palate & was served with chutney. Then came Chole Bhature, chole was not gravy ones but the ones with a little bit of liquid in them. They had a tangy taste & were good. Bhature again wasn't too oily. Lastly on the owner's recommendation we went for Lassi but it was very thin, though it tasted okay but I like lassi a bit thick.
Overall the place is good for visiting with friends & family. The prices were average where Bread roll costing from INR 20/ Piece to Chole Bhature Costing INR 120 / Plate & Lassi costing INR 50.

Rather than cancelling the order which was getting delayed. The owner delivered the order himself by rushing in his car n apologised very decently for the delay. Rare entrepreneurs like him exists. All the best and well done. The food was also delicious and worth the wait. Tandoori aloo was the best. Biryani was also mouth watering.
