A lot of traffic, no arrangement for footpath and pedestrian citizen, if you are elderly or senior citizen avoid going alone. People avoid going by a walk, people don't follow zebra crossing. Too much rush. Too less civic sense and less infrastructure help from government no trees, so too hot area.
