The stay was amazing.Clean,neat and average sized room.The Hotel Management and staffs are really good and professional in their way.They also have a restaurant in the ground floor.Some of the issues i faced was that there was no water heater.No complimentary dental kits were provided.I had to pay extra.Also if you are planning to Visit Udaipur and if you dont have your own vehicle,then its a tragedy.The hotel is about 6,6.5 kms from the main city and you wont get cheaper commutation.Autos and Taxis will charge highly.I faced the same.As far the stay is concerned,everything was fine.

we have booked 4 Super deluxe rooms but Hotel had provided us Lower category rooms with interconnected gates during check-in at 9.30pm we have informed to hotel to change the rooms but they said all rooms are sold so this only we can give to you. Refer attached photos which is self-explanatory that of lower category rooms with interconnection. We have not received any kind of support till 11pm and than finally we had cancel the booking. it was like nightmare for us as we have travelled 4 couples and three small kids with us and went to search for another Hotel. somehow we managed to search another Hotel and stayed at night.
