Bus air conditioner is very bad not cooling. Old busses running this side. Please don't travel to this buses.

Driver are not behave well
They stop at hotel only for 1 mint and said no need to go out

It's worst experience for me to travel with Virat today .... As I girl all i know that I have never face this situation..they have confirmed the ticket online and told me on the day of departure that bus is on hold and another bus will go and drop you to the destination.
I was traveling Chandigarh to Hanumangarh town .
The ticket is of Hanumangarh town only
They have take a different route and reached ganganagar and told me we will not go to Hanumangarh town now we will arrange a bus for you ....like seriously how can a bus operator say that when the ticket is of Hanumangarh town
There behaviour was pathetic...they rushed the bus when I start questioning them .. They drop me at some travels at 3:30 pm like seriously this was the time when u hv no other option I was crying there that what should I do now
The stop where they hv drop me they told me that this bus will go by 4:30 pm
In this freezing cold of December i as standing there and waiting for bus to take me to my home and there bus operator was not picking up my call even now
This was worst experience for me as i girl i waa standing thr on road it was terrible for me
I am going to register a complaint regarding them now
