Everything is Great about this Property except that the location is bit outside of the main City. Room Service to Food to Staff Behaviour, everything is great. I'm a Regular Visitor to this Hotel. One of the Best Hotels at Sri Ganganagar! ????????

We have booked this hotel after reading reviews but the stay wasn't as expected
They have very poor service and when in the morning we wanted to take shower there was no water in the washroom. Only after meeting to receptionist twice in the morning they did run the water motor, so it was simply not a good experience overall.
It's better to book some other hotels in vicinity for better value of your hard-earned money.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 11.50am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
I had a wonderful experience at the UD GRAND. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!
