I have Altroz XZ, I met an accident and asked for insurance claim for dents.
Firstly they make me fill wrong form which is means for 3rd party claim, then they called me again after 2-3 days to fill the right form. After 9 days when i called them when I will get my car back they said day after tomorrow you can collect when i called again on 11th Day they said due to some rain( which was for 15 minutes max) the denting and painting couldn’t be done and they will give me after 2 days , and when i called again they are still saying they will give tomorrow. Do it seriously takes 15 days for getting a claim? They also didn’t provide me any supplementary car for the delay caused by them. Tata must improve their post sales services, the staff is very unprofessional . I always face issues while visiting Dunac Automobiles they are responsible why people don’t want to buy Tata Cars for poor staff behaviour and post sale services.

worst experience. booked nexon car on 24th may 2022, at the time of booking sales manager told us that delivery will be in 1 -2 months max. but till date we didnot receive any update and manager is also giving false hopes. Dont know why they are fooling public.such kind of dealers exploit the brand name.

Perfectly poor. Beware of their working. They can spoil your overall experience of buying a car.
