The waiting area has some cheap plastic chairs to sit on and is basically a two-wall shed, leaving you outside in temperature extremes ranging from 10°C in winter to 45°C in summer.

The employees are rude and do not show any kind of co-operation or respect when talking, especially to elders who are alone and have nobody to back them up. I was alone and didn't have any trustable witness to go file a complaint with.

I'd recommend you go to Jaipur Passport Office or somewhere else and only go to this place if you're in an absolute emergency, or if you're accompanied by your family or friends.

Some Staff member are not cooperative, represents the government lazy department which gives excuses for not doing work. Ask for too much paper work, which is not required in other locations.
