Dealing of sales executive manjeet Singh was not good. He was non professional and arrogant. if u want to purchase any car from nexa u must take quotation because you will find a big gap between price range. I was excited to buy new car but after dealing with this person I felt frustrated because he was completely negative person and the estimated he has given to me was extra 80k as compare to the other dealers.
i suggest please don't hire such kind of sales executive who don't even know how to treat with the customers. If I talk about customers delight ness and customer satisfaction I will rate them 0 and they are big time liars.

I called the dealership several times over a period of a month for purchasing a new vehicle. The automated voice system either did not put me through to the sales team or the sales team was so disinterested/arrogant that no information could be sought. If this is the response while purchasing a new vehicle from Auric Motors, I wonder what will be the response after sale for service and support. Appauling
