The store has horrendous customer service. Every time I go in there they treat me as if I'm unimportant and like they have better things to do than talk to me about my issue. 15 days ago I went in to the store in hopes of fixing my phones charging problem. My phone for some reason was unable to hold on to the charging cable (it was loose). When I went in to have it checked out by the employees, they had informed me that the outlet needed to be changed, and that they would have to open my phone in order to do it. I had told them that my phone was too fragile to be opened up like that, but they assured me that it would be fine. I reluctantly agreed and handed over my phone. A few days later I had retrieve my phone from the store and had brought it home. I was thrilled to find that my phone was now working, or so I thought. That night I had put my phone on charge and later found that the phone was no longer turning on. It had completely stopped working. That next day I had taken the phone back to the store and was told to leave it there again so they could check to see what was wrong. I had gone back to that store 3 separate times until they finally told me that the phone was beyond repair and that there was nothing they could do to fix it. Hearing that I had demanded my phone back, but was told that they don't have it and to come back the next day. Later I had sent my granddaughter and son to retrieve the phone. They had been told that the phone was still not back and that they would receive it in 10 or so minutes. Hearing that my granddaughter headed back home and got the phone later that night.

So not only did they destroy my phone beyond use they also lead me on a wild goose chase for 15 or more days. I have yet to receive my money back from the previous times they had "fixed" it. I am outraged by the lack of professionalism and the compete inability of actually fixing the phone that they had so confidently taken apart even with the warning I had given. This is by far the worst place I have ever gone to.

Very nice service.... The only Mobile Shop in Durga Mandir Market area to buy new mobiles of all companies.... Reasonable prices..... All trending mobile phones are available here..... Thank you
