If I suppose to concern my query to the bank by mail... Then they blocked my mail...... Wow nice what an Costumer service you have .... gyz this branch stolled my 500 rs note through Cash deposite Machine and if you r beleive me the. Ask them to show the CCTV footage ........ Pathetic banking experience ever

Very poor service .The branch cheated me at the name of settlement .I signed ECS 4 times and one at the time LOAN sanction. But after one and half year in January 2016 my loan payment stop deducting from ECS .THE BANK told me it's a technical issue .after that I sign ECS 4 times .But it didn't work .And at the time of settlement ,they ask me to provide bank statement and told me that the bank is removing my aplenties since my account is fair .And they ask me to give remaining amount in cash to close my loan . And when I apply for home loan after some time I come to know that thay have destroyed my CIBIL score at the name of settlement .Completely breach of trust .I only ask them cheater.
