very bad experience while watching The Kashmir Files. After interval, suddenly audio and video getting mismatched, then paused many times, AC switched off. Audience were advised by staf to watch or leave the movie. They refused to roll back even 10 mins.

1 and half full on drama happened, police arrived, SP and DSP sir tried to cool down audience. and at the end full refund was given and audience left the movie in half.

This is not first time, many times earlier gold cinema's AC issues occurs. VERY BAD SCREEN(smaller), chairs are narrow. specially in Audi 2.

Present Date... One of best theater in our city, nyc environment fr family but their sitting is nt that much of good and screen size is also small sound system is really good and They have really nyc washroom ... But PVR is coming ... Hope PVR will provide all the missing facilities of Gold

After #Gold, i watched #2.0 in 3D and this time the experience was much batter,
Sound quality is excellent,
But screen is Little bit lesser than any other theater in Sgnr.
Sanitation is excellent,
Only disappointing thing is they charge Rs.70 for 2 Samosa if u have arranged hardly your ticket paise
To sweet corner par ja ke 70 me 10 khao aur khilao bus 1/1.5 ghanta (after interval wala) ruk k???????? like me....????????
