A small part in my refrigerator wasn't working and they told me they'll have to replace it and I obviously said yes to it.
It's been more than a week now and they have not even given any idea as to when they'll be getting it fixed and now to top it all they have been avoiding my calls since yesterday.
This is the worst service experience I've ever had and would suggest you all to not even think of buying any Bosch product.
Giving them a star because don't have an option of rating them in negative.
