The bank has good rate of interests on savings account and FDs but the services are very poor. You can not open a demat account by giving AU’s detail as they dont have the asba facility so you can not apply any IPO.
You can not run UPI with this. AU doesn’t support UPI too.
These were the lack of services i felt which are basic necessity for anyone in today’s generation.
Other than above, my particular experience with the sri ganganagar branch is much more messed up. I opened a zero balance account with this bank. So when i deposited some money they deducted it all saying non maintenance of charges. After a while they agreed to reverse it. But it took them around a month to reverse it. And they only reversed 80% of amount they deducted.
P.s. - I’d definitely not recommend this bank yo anyone.
You may think the rate of interests are pretty good, but you can not be sure your if the money is safe with this bank or not.
Extremely dissatisfied.
