Shailesh goyal is not a doctor he is just some surgeon.
He is popular but always in a hurry with no focus.
Even If you have an allergy, shailesh will still recommend you surgery.

Overall good but when I visit no one on the reception......

After waiting 10 minute a person come who introduce own self as receptionist.....

I ask them for ENT doc nd they tell that doc is coming in 10 minute..... I waited there more than 1 hour nd than I again visit at reception...... I repeat same question????

Where's ur doc ???

Is he coming???

Highly disappointed with the service, will not recommend to anyone. First of all, we visited after OPD hours as it was emergency, and they charged us 3 times of normal charges and after paying that amount, they made us wait for half an hour. Also, the receptionist is very rude and unprofessional, she was not at all interested in even listing to the issue, she was busy watching her movie. after collecting the money, she again started watching movie, we have to ask her 2-3 times to call doctor. What is the point of visiting in emergency and after paying 3 times if we have to wait like normal OPD. They should commit to the service and hire more professional on front desk.
