The worst experience a customer could ever get. Below is the scam i got into them :-
So i went on to their store looking for tamed parrots, at beginning they were very polite and they showed me parrots and said that they are tamed and are still 4 months old and they charged me 2 parrots for INR 2700(IN REALITY BOTH PARROTS COSTS INR 500) so i agreed to buy them with a condtion that if they started biting I'll return it within 1 day, they all agreed to the condtion. But when i got home i realized that they were caught from wild and bites so hard that fingers start to bleed. So i went to to their shop next day to collect my refund but they denied and said our boss will talk on this matter so u come in evening and this procedure of mine going and coming in morning and evening went on to for 5 days ecah time i went to their shop i was disappointed and when i tried to call them they didn't picked my call and when they picked they said that I'm only worker here my boss will come and then i will call back but they never call.
After 5-6 day's of grinding they agreed to pay me only 2200 but after more 5 days(very disheartening but still i agreed as somethingisbetterthannothing) . After 5 days i went again to their shop for refund again they denied to give me money and said I'll give u in evening ????u200d♂️????u200d♂️ after struggle of 10 days they returned me my money but only Rs2000 which was not the deal and when i asked the reason they said i have reached my phone pe limit.
I URGE WHO EVER IS READING THIS REVIEW PLZ DON'T BUY FROM THEIR STORE OR ELSE GET READY TO BE SCAMMED

They were very eager to help and very knowledgeable. They also gave my new pup a bath and trimmed his nails and did it quickly while we went over the paperwork. They are a very helpful, friendly staff. I have been very happy with the service at Pet's Hub, one of the best in the area. The facility is very clean and the animals look healthy and happy.
