Sold us sleeper single bunks, told us to be at 22:30 bus arrived at 23:30 - he bought the tickets from another agency called Kalpana Travels.

The driver pulled out locals from our bunks, gave us different bunks.

Shiva maybe talks sweet but has no honesty at all.
When confronted about this shady deal, he was full of excuses like "this is india", "you got your sleeper".

Dishonest man.
