For tourists, it seems better to come to the restaurant after 8:00 pm for dinner. I'm sorry I don't understand the timing of this meal. I think I came too early. but! Chai is cheap and delicious, so let's wait easy! I had thali in several restaurants in Pushkar. I think this place is the most delicious. Especially paneer. (Moreover, there is 100 Rs~. Good price!). It is a local dhaba/bhojanalay where you can go and eat food like Rajasthani food (daal bathi) or North Indian main course (Naan, daal, paneer ki sabji etc). The prices are low and the food quality was good. If you can eat food without the need of sitting in AC then you can come here.

You can't miss having a delicious and authentic meal after a beautiful dessert safari at Pushkar. My personal recommendation is their authentic "Tikad Sabzi with Makai ki roti" & "Dal Baati Churma" followed by "Masala Chaas" or "Masala Tea" as per the season and choice. The staff here is very humble and welcoming, all hygiene taken care of... Do try whenever you visit Pushkar. Famously known as "Madanji ka Dhaba"
