I visited my. Abu during my visit of lakki lake I seen this brand store which is Brande of U. K. Named Emerge , I feel one of best place look a like first entrance image only welcomes you , you feel go inside and see stuff something unique you can see , gents and ladies outfits, gift items, sports wear , slippers, cycle, key chains, crockery items lots of unique gift article you can see prise very much reasonable and good collection we buy bear glass was great designer pcs. Good store to buy qualitative sports wear. I bought a shorts for running. It has pocket to keep mobile. Tshirt fabric is also good.

So it's start with the PROs
None I mean like nothing
I had visited this place.
So now let's come the cons (demerits)
-the staff
So the incident that happened :-
I love to collect knives
So I saw a pretty good knife
I asked the staff to tell me the price
He told me that the bigger one was cheaper than the smaller one. According to the price tag
No jokes I am serious.
I asked him how is this even possible
He replied that it was the price
So now I have paid the money (₹799)
I was just about to leave the store but then the
Staff member comes and tell that it is of ₹1500.
Now I am thinking that it just to expensive
So I casually asked them that I don't want it and give me my money back .
And now he's saying that we have a no return policy.
I said that it's your fault that" YOU GUYS TOLD ME THE WRONG PRICE AND NOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK "
Then he starts "sir we have a no return policy and we can only take it back if the bill is not made "
AS YOU GUYS CAN SEE IT THEIR FAULT
I HAVE PAID THE MONEY (₹799) AND ABOUT TO LEAVE
HE COMES TO ME AFTER THE BILLING IS DONE AND I AM ABOUT TO LEAVE
ITS THEIR FAULT
NOW THEY ARE NOT RETUENING MY MONEY
ALTHOUGH MY FRIEND BOUGHT SOMETHING ELSE WITH THOSE ₹799
-I THINK THESE PEOPLE ARE DOING WRONG
-ITS THE NAME ,THE REPUTATION OF THE BRAND ON THE LINE
-ITS EXTREMELY SAD TO SEE SUCH PEOPLE WORKING AT THE STORE WITH SUCH A GOOD REPUTATION AND NAME.
