Very worst service on 15 Feb i made payment using the QR code on pos machine by yono SBI my bank messaged me that transaction was successful but the counter holder denied to that payment was declined but my money was deducted i raised the complain at the store by email calling customer care but without giving proper resolution they closed my complain and I have still not received my refund I have been harrassed as my bank says money has been transferred to the smart bazar kota I have to face this difficulty just because of insufficient knowledge of the staff Mr akash yogi and Mr Raj sharma assured me about the refund and now they are not receiving my phone no proper customer service at the store lack of computer knowledge unable to solve customer problems poor customers are helpless at the store i would request to check what kind of fraud is going on at the store in the city mall relaince smart bazar indraprastha kota by reporting to cyber cell police
