Abysmal service. Bus broke down resulting in a 7 hour delay. Bus seemed to have not been serviced adequately. Basic tools like a spanner were not available on the bus to fix the issue. Upon contacting the agency (Nama Travels) they were rude and denied any compensation. They even refused to provide a spare bus and made no attempt to arrange one from Jaipur which is 1 hour away from where the bus broke down. Meanwhile this delay will cost me and urgent meeting and result in financial losses for me.
I have travelled with them before and they are always late and rude.

Worst service
Roadways are far far better than this so called private service bus .
Non cooperative staff...
Dealyed the bus for 2 hours..
Fully paisa waste.
Not to go with this travels bus...
No facility of private bus
Stopping the bus for 30 40min. To load and unload the parcels..
