It's a mandir built more than 250yrs ago by shri applachary and balarama acharyulu Maharaj kandal peetha guru,it's private mandir later on opened for devotees as during olden days to go to puri jagganath was long and difficult process , this peetha is herioric system, daily pooja as per ramanuj sampradi followed,snanyatra,rath yatra,zhula,sharad poornima are the festivals followed here,during Dec month Mal Mas upto 14 Jan morning godha devi slokas chanted and on concluding day godha kalyanam done and prasad distributed to devotees,here pooja is done by shishyas of kandal peeth ,who should be brahmin and had gone through samas shranam,without this u cannot perform pooja

This is temple of lord Jagannath and 150+ years old temple. They celebrate some big Hindu festivals Like Snan Yatra, Rath Yatra, Ram Navmi, Krishna Janmasthmi, Jhula, Sharad Purnima etc. although in Hindu religion 1000+ festivals are exist.
