Good hostel for boys , hostel are clean ,and food are good

I lived in the hostel for a year as a repeater. And I would say that the comfort and facilities of the hostel made me focus more on JEE preparations. Ultimately getting selected in JEE 2019.
1. LOCALITY
IPIA is the best area for any NEET or JEE aspirant. With closeness to every coaching institute (Resonance- 300m, Allen- 500m, Vibrant- 100m, Reliable- 300m, Sarvottam- 300m). And also, with least disturbance in that area, it’s peaceful for students to focus at any time of the day. Daily needs and stationery shops are located just beside the hostel. And the online centres for exams are also located in IPIA.

2. ROOMS
A decent room with a good quality wooden furniture, comfortable chair and table and comfy bed too. Each room is equipped with an AC and a water heater with which come handy in winters. IF YOU WISH TO STAY WITH YOUR CHILD, THE HOSTEL HAS A DOUBLE BED ROOM FOR MOTHERS AND THEIR CHILD.

3. MESS
The mess is owned by the land lord, so there’s no third-party vendor. That somewhat ensures the quality of the food. The plus point is a glass of milk every morning and evening. The snacks before dinner also helps a lot.

4. PRICE
Considering the closeness to so many institutes, you or your student will never need conveyance. So yes the price is relatively higher as seen for hostels in RAJIV NAGAR or MAHAVIR NAGAR where there are hundreds of hostels and traffic!

5. The staff of the hostel is good sometimes you have to complain to the land lord about them, but the owner of the hostel provides good amount of support for students. I would not recommend this hostel for students who come to Kota to waste their time and their parents’ money. Because if you’re caught in any nuisance, the land lord will get you out in no time.
For studious students, it is a great place to stay. I will never regret staying at this place in my crucial time as a dropper.

The owner is fraud I will explain u why in times of covid I left hostel due to covid situation in April 2021 and my advance 5000 rupees are yet to be taken and when I called him on day of exit he said don't worry go home I will send you but after reaching home I called him numerous times and also messaged him but he did not give my money back till date I am reviewing. So whoever coming to this hostel please be sure of fraud behavior of owner thanks.
