Very bad experience with customer support.. i experience low speed, frequent network drops.. whenever i called Customer care(20 times in 10 days), they never gave satisfactory response. I asked multiple times to send someone to check my network issues but nobody came. Finally i had to get new connection with different service provider.

Every alternate day my radinet internet connection breaks and it hampers the work a lot. Most of the time the outage happens for more than 12 hours. It doesn't only happen on weekends but on weekdays too and mostly I get disconnected in middle of the meetings.

On top of it, their customer care is so great, they behave so unprofessional and whenever you ask them the reason behind connection failure, they talk so roudly and unprofessionally and cut the phone without answering any of the queries. They have no manners at all how to talk and handle customers. They're only trained to make Customers fool by using their service. They do charge a huge amount and serve nothing in the name of after services. I'd never ever recommend this cheap service to anyone.

When you have problems, there will be no way to get it rectified, agents tell you to contact customer care and customer care do not pick up the phone. Awful.
Speed drops to below 1 mbps, even as low as 0.12 mbps
