The counselling session was very fruitful. Sir helped me with my major issues like anger management & strategising conflict resolution . I also learnt differentiating the outer world from the inner chaotic mind and acting accordingly on a situational basis .
The sessions comprised of many mind soothing exercises and advices on situational conflicts .
Thank you sir for the insightful guidance and your precious time .
