Very very bad experience. They spoilt my dress while altering and the staff was not ready to accept. One of the store staff " Prem" raised his voice on me and kept arguing that we were wrong. Is this how a premium shop should behave with customers.
Shame on such customer service.
My money and dress are with them. Neither do they admit their mistake nor did they return my money. Hugely disappointed and I will never buy anythg from this shop ever.
I bought two dresses yesterday for 5900 and 4000 inr.

I have 18 years shopping experience. They have best collection ,very good service .
I never gone to another shop for shopping after this. This is one of best shop in kota for clothing, material is good,designs are very trendy. The staff and owner is very polite and very gentle.
