This shop doesn't even deserve one star rating. Appalling. Ordered a personalized gift for my 1st wedding anniversary year. There was mistake in gift. No clearity of pictures. I have given him original JPG photos in document form. When I complain about it to him he was like this is not our fault... blah blah blaah.... The owner said that I will be able to show you by comparing your gift with the photos you keep or you will be able to see blah blah blah. That owner was not accepting his own mistakes, he was telling our mistakes. He told us to come after 8 days. Even when we went after 8 days, he wasted our time. He ruined my surprise anniversary gift. Idiot and misbehaving owner....

We have purchased a anniversary customised gift for our close friend
Firstly the gift was not same as shown to us
After we complained them about the gift
They said we don't make this by ourselves we took it from market
Even after this they are blaming us that the photos we have given to them was not good in quality
We have given them the raw files of dslr
The owner said he will replace it again by the next day
When we visited the next day again the owner said you didn't call us before visiting the gift is not ready again almost 16 days of waiting the gift not arrived
The owner hides himself whenever we visit the shop
Lastly they denied to replace it or give refund

The owner & owner's son both are frauds

Never give advance or full amount before seeing their work

Worst shop in kota for gift and accessories
I have purchased some customerised gift the gift quality is so much poor I have reported him same day after getting
I have submitted him for replacing and the owner denied again for replacing it after a wait of 10 days
He is so proudy n non cooperative
Father n son both are cheaters

Totally fraud
Never visit again
