Worst hostel owner they always disterb you in your studies In first two months they give you all fasilities but after that they demand you advance money and stole your advance money also and provide you worst fasilities.
Even they can mentally torture you .
If you stay in this hostel you can not prepare for JEE or NEET.
I Stay there two years ago .

Worst experience in this residency, will not give even one star if possible the don't care about their residents, the don't give water but say it is RO UV UF type of stuff but it's not also filtered
Detailed pros and cons:
Cons:
1.Dirty and unpotable water not even suitable of bathing.
2. Harsh and rude behaviour of the people.
3. Costly electricity, all over Kota the charge Rs.8 but they will charge you Rs.10 per unit.
4. No facilities provided even the mattress (better if I say large piece of foam) are of such poor quality that they will cause back pain.
5. The landlady shots all day causing much disturbance.
6. The landlords are greedy, even if they are charging a huge room rent (which is around 3 to 4 times the normal) they will also take up security money and make you pay for other expenses too.
7. The electric meters are tampered and they(landlords) have connected their appliances to tenent's meter, one of my friend have to pay 2000 for 3 months because his meter was connected to water pump and they won't admit their fault.
8. The room are small, dirty and unventilated, the one you see in picture are only 3 in quantity and they are overcharging the rent.
9. They will give you nearly no facilities. And ask for charge even for basic amenities.
10. No regular cleaning of rooms and toilets.
11. They will call police for you even in small matters and throw you out and won't return your money.
12. They will beat up your friends coming and throw some fake excuses to police and they are not even shameful to lame and lies they make yeh Kisi bhi had taken for sakte hai.

LITERALLY NOTHING.
P.S. DONT EVEN STEP IN HERE IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL STUDY.

Poor hostel ever i gone there larva in water my friend suffer with malaria and dengue this cause.
