If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what you are looking for in a PT, then Gunjan is best for you! I am so pleased with my personal training and with the results that I achieved in past year. Best environment, best machines, bestest workout.????.. I can highly recommend.????

Gym is ok ok trainers are not supportive they support only if you take personal training or else they do not care. Music which is played here is just bogus. Machines are good. But it doesn't match with standard of gold gym senior authority should have look here at once. Diet chart is still not given to me after taking membership poor management I think they do not have proper record of people visiting here. This is my latest review after joining gym in march 2021

Thanks to Gold’s gym ,kota for providing with an amazing workout experience.It’s almost 6-7 months I have been working out here and got great results. They have a staff of about 10 well qualified trainers including a female trainer who are consistent and well disciplined, overall cleanliness and sanitisation is also well take care by the housekeeping staff. It has almost all the facilities that a gym should have . Likewise it a great choice to make in a town like kota.
