A Fastrack watch was gifted by my mom to me on passing the class 10 boards.
It was a very happy moment but who knew that this happiness would only last for a very short time!!
It stopped ticking after 7 days.. so, it was taken for repair to the aforementioned store for a grand total of 10 times ... And still it has not been repaired!!
Every time they keep the watch for a very long time and then give it back.... The ticking lasts only for about a week....
The after sales service of this shop has been extremely shoddy.
And now after 2 months I am going to give the class 12 boards .... Such a long time has passed ... But the number of times I have had the good fortune of wearing the watch is countable!

Pathetic after sale service experience from this shop. A titan watch bought almost 2 years ago... Watch stopped ticking within 7days .... 10 visits with the dead watch to the shop till date.. Watch temporarily comes to life for 15 days after each visit..
Status quo .. Watch in the shop ... Death certificate awaited..

If you want to have the best experience of buying branded watches then must must must visit this store, it will give u best of the best service and the owner and the sales man are so calm and will give u satisfactory service!!!!!!
