I am afraid to say but the quality of your chemistry teachers is horrible. There are people who teach better on YouTube for free. It does not matter how good the building looks or how many amenities it has, if the purpose of it is useless, then it is meaningless. As one of the country's most reputed institutions, I had expected better. Nothing has been done after raising complaint through phone and email. Where do you get these chemistry teachers from? I warn you if you do not provide us better faculty(one that is worth paying 74000 rupees for), I and all my friends(who are equally frustrated), will leave this next year. If problem is resolved, then I will delete this and give a better review.

I have registered for my son's digital class. The recorded videos were not available for more than 1 month, still Allen not able to resolve it. Whenever I call helpline, I am getting same reply this will be resolved soon but there is no commitment from Allen team. I am not happy with Allen digital class. If Allen not able to manage proper infrastructure, then why Allen is offering online classes? I am thoroughly frustrated and disappointed with Allen digital team.
