I rarely give reviews but this time my experience was so bad that I decided to review.
We were almost 150 people over here to attend silver Anniversaries party and no one likes their hospitality.
Property is good but the staff is worse.
Receptionist does not know how to speak and canteen staff is not at all cooperative.
I will rate them in negative for their rudeness.

The place is quite good if you want to stay near the temple. The rooms they offer are quite clean but the staff is ill-mannered. They don't even have the basic manners of talking to old People. I am really disappointed by their attitude. If you want to stay near the mandir their are many other options available at walking distance considering the amount of money they expect us to pay and follow their so called restrictions.

It's a horrific experience with this Dharmshala. No Safety is there in rooms, locks are not working. If 2 rooms are connected to each other, separation gate is broken.

When trying to complain it to dharmshala staff and receptionist, they are talking rudely and unprofessional behaviour. Inspite of High charges such a worst behaviour and facilities are provided to pilgrims
