I can not rate it higher for the room. Or the bed is extremely big or the room is extremely small, but it was uncomfortable for a couple who is travelling couple of weeks. Not enough space to leave the bags, neither to much space for going to the toilet.....
However they offer charming and lovely service, making sure that you are more than alright. And that's very important.
Amazing panorama views from the roof top, lovely time spent there having breakfast and dinner. Food delicious.
The hotel at the end worth, the management people are sweet and adorable.
I would come back for this great human team.

Lovely place to stay, very welcoming hosts, good team who will make sure you know where you are going and getting breakfast on time to make your flight :). Food is tasty and fresh, they have a beautiful roof terrace with views of the fort great for relaxing, reading or working. Good wifi. Rooms are spacious, well decorated, as are the bathrooms and very clean! One minus was that sound travels in the house and rooms are not sound proof so due to a late check-in with not so discreet guests we were awakened in the middle of night. However this was not the host's fault.

The room was nicely put together, but it was not clean at check in. Hairs and stains on the bed and the bathrooms floor was full of small dirt.
Hairs on the floor too etc.
The hotel restaurant was the absolute worst we have experienced in india. We tried pasta and it was overcooked and not tasty. The chef told us he cookes the pasta in the sauce and that it is very tasty. I got food poisoning the next day. The owner still charged us and did not excuse.
The good: The staff was very responsive and cleaned the room after complaints. They helped us with finding a hospital and let us stay in a room even after checkout until we had to leave for our train.
The location is gold if you want to check out the sightseeing locations, however, it can not be directly reached by tuk tuk and the area is very touristic, so there are no good and authentic restaurants closeby. If you want to call a uber, you have to walk to the clock market.
Thats why I can only give 2 stars.
