I visited Karan Sir last yr for body aches, and also mental unrest. Karan Sir is a excellent yog Guru who very patiently understands the problems and accordingly advises. I instantly started feeling better after joining his classes. The vibes of the place are also wonderful and there is so much to learn from Sir. He is a superb human being and highly recommend UTAMBAR YOG INSTITUTE to everyone looking to start their Yog journey.

In the past, I have tried learning and practiced with a lot of Yoga instructors in the US both on the East Coast (Washington DC) and the West Coast (California). I also tried learning Yoga while visiting my home in the city of Jaipur and Jodhpur. Have taken group sessions, individual one-to-one sessions but have never been content with the teaching style or the customization of the sequences for my body. I have also watched a ton of Yoga Instgrammers and YouTubers and tried doing things by my own self. But, it resulted in further injury and no improvement.
One Size DOES NOT fit all: When it comes to exercise or yogasanas, I believe that one Size does not fits everyone. The exercise routine must be customized. I have always struggled to understand and practice those yoga asanas and exercises which would not hurt my lower back and shoulder injury and are useful for my particular body-type. Hence, I have always tried to figure out a customized sequence for my own self, but mostly struggled around it.
I could not find it in the past, until I started learning with Yoga Guru Karan Singh ji.
I have yet to come across a Yoga instructor like Yoga Guru Karan Singh ji Sir. He is an expert in all forms of yoga which includes Pranayama (Breathing), Asanas and other strengthening exercises. He has years of experience with the regular asanas and is also exceptionally talented and brilliant with rehabilitation and therapeutic Yoga. I can vouch for the above facts below as per my experience.
Customization: I took individual session with him in the middle of this year and again during the end of the year. He started with the basics and taught me the initial strengthening exercises and then gradually moved to the complicated asanas. He is extremely talented in his knowledge of human anatomy and can figure out the best exercises and asanas for injury and body type.
He also corrected the exercises which I have been doing wrong over the past many years and the one’s which I should not be doing. If you are a gym lover and like to stay fit, he is the best person to go even for the regular gym exercises to be done with its correct form.
Sir is also great with understanding and rehabilitation of injuries and physiotherapy strengthening exercises. There was remarkable improvement in my pain and overall fitness and well-being after learning and practicing with him.
Utamber Yoga Centre has all the necessary equipment and set-up for all forms of Yoga.
Pranayama: He is also extremely knowledgeable with the Breathing and Pranayama techniques. He suggested me a new routine and breathing techniques for reducing my stress.
On my recommendation, my parents also took sessions with him and are immensely content and have had remarkable improvement in their overall well-being.
In a nutshell, I would highly recommend visiting the Utamber Yoga Institute and learning from Yoga Guru Karan Singh ji Sir.
