Bad service
My parents were travelling from Ahmedabad to jodhpur on 24june bus number AR01P7799
Bus got punctured after 100km from Ahmedabad and there was no backup available for 3hrs.
Driver slept near to road side waiting for the pickup bus. No safety for passengers

There is no any blanket or water bottle is provided in AC bus for bharatpur. Even bus had not come to booking branch A damaged tempo came to carry passengers towards the garrage.

I'm regularly traveling with vk jain always I headed good experience but today It was surprising me that bus from ahmedabad to jodhpur bus number 7799 taking pasanger unusual without ticket and he knows there is no space in the bus but he allow them to sleep on the floor it is very disappointing
