Understood the reputation of the company from the time we pointed the issue of the product, glad that manufacturing defects were accepted and the after knowing the rectification cost, this reputed company started using foul language to the customer. After updating the review, this reputed company calling the reviewer and harassing for the feedback and calling scammers.not all buyers are scammer but most of the sellers can be scammers like you.. Very disappointed, we have seen reputed companies understanding the product issue and supporting to rectify, but here the way it was handled was very bad and rude. I am ok to post the product photos and conversations on how this issue was handled.

Wasn't a pleasant buy, support from team was the worst .The product Quality seemed to be good when it was new, but in few months quality was not what it should be, support from the company after raising complaint was a real bad experience, dint expect to go through bad conversations, multiple discussions from one partner to another, none had a good role to solve problem, only tantrums created . The repaired item also is very bad, waste of investment and return is waste of time through insensible conversations.
