Real bad one. We reached there but early and asked them to provide early check in even in the lower category. The person at the front desk was so rude and not ready to help. We were traveling with my two small kids. Before going there they assured me that if a room is available they will provide. Even at extra cost they were not ready to give the room citing some cleaning issues. So rude and unfriendly behaviour. Rooms are so dirty in many places. Not at all value for money. He said please wait in the lounge. In the name of the waiting lounge they send us to a cafe where only chairs are kept and the fellow at the front desk himself is sleeping on the sofa rather than taking care of guests.

Quality and taste of food was good but variety of food was less.
Thanks to fern jodhpur team for upgrading our room looking over my twins.
Location is good. Tourist places are very near to the hotel. Easy to commute by autorickshaw.

Worst experience of swimming pool. It was not maintained. Shower was not working. Pool was not cleaned. Kids pool was deep and not safe for kids below 5-6years. Very disappointed with swimming pool condition. Hope you will maintain well enough.

Recommended for value for money stay.

Location of the hotel is convenient but everything else is just pathetic , I paid 18k for two days and it’s really not worth it. I just completed my first day at the hotel and I am even considering to move to different hotel altogether. I asked for a tea in the morning through in dining service to which they denied saying that service is not available, the tv remote and kettle is broken, when we checked in at evening we had to change the room because the room was stinking with alcohol , even though they said the room was cleaned.

Overall I would not recommend this hotel in Jodhpur, if possible I would have given negative rating
