Good hotel, nice location and friendly staff. We arrive around 5am in morning and one the staff let us do the check in at this time was really kind and really helpful, thank you again !

The reception was very poor. They don't know nothing about online booking. Though owner was so much cooperative and was a good person. I am giving 3 stars only because of him. Other wise room were mess, service was clumsy, food was over priced. But the surrounding was so calm and so the hotel. Need some updates.
1. A tech-savvy who can guide and handle online bookings and clients.
2. Proper room service, cleaning.
3. Food was not that much high in quality as were the rates.
4. Staff should learn some manners of talking to the guests and should not waste their time.
Politeness is the key and Speciality is the torque in the business of Hotel and Hospitality. Keep it up..

Kindly note that this guest house is not worth for anything. I faced very bad experience with this guest house. It has very bad passage area. In most of the rooms people spitted on walls and it was so ridiculous to watch and also it has very small rooms with attached small toilet bathroom. They provide very bad service and owner was always arguing for everything. When I was talking with owner for remaining payment on day of checkin she shouted on me and said : "Go to another hotel I don't care if you're not doing your payment today". There is no 24/7 service like hot water or we can say there is no water in tap until you call service boy. I suggest you not to go for this hotel if you are planning to come for jodhpur.
