Very good fitness gym. Trainer have a very good knowledge of exercises. They provide me a good diet schedule and time to time they change my excersie schedule. Very good ambience and quality of machinery is very good. I recommend for this gym to shape your body.

I joined SM gym in August 2022 when i was visiting my hometown... I Continued further with the online mode - Meenakshi ji ( co owner) shot the videos of workouts and shared with me on daily basis..I am very much impressed by the dedication of the owner duo..right on time always, extremely fit ( i was so surprised to know their age!!!) very humble, yet very active athletic duo. The gym members help each other....positive vibes are all around...and there are actual examples of guys and gals who have been able to reduce tremendous weight and improved their health with proper training.
I definitely recommend. I took personalised training mode...charges seemed pocket friendly and fair, very much result oriented.

In this gym trainer’s are professionals and bhaiya is too good in body like mr.Olympia great physics muscular body and gym have must in discipline. so i give them 5 stars
