Sankalp continues to be one of the good places for South Indian meals. It's a purely vegetarian restaurant and one can enjoy the table service. I visited after many years I guess - covid pandemic ++ years. The normal order would have been masala dosa but we opted for Kaikari biryani, Bagale bhath and Kesari. The food is still good and it's wonderful to see that they have maintained their quality for so many years. They still have so many varieties of dosa and uttapam. The food was piping hot, the serving time was quite short and our server was very polite. The meal ended with the customary paan. We enjoyed our meal and the hospitality. Complete south indian food
From traditional dosas, idli, vada, to every South Indian item
Medu vada is good
Dosa are crispy and offer authentic taste and probably the best in Jodhpur
Best sambhar is entire Jodhpur undoubtedly
Offer different chutneys and pickles
Sweet pan is signature complimentary
Excellent customer service
Waiting period is very decent
Ambience is very good
Parking space is plenty
Totally worth it !!!

My one stop destination for South Indian food! Been a loyal customer from more than 9 years! Love the ambience, it’s quiet and peaceful here. Lots of variety and yummy food! ????My favorite is cheesy spring dosa, golden crisp dosa, (corn dosa) also filter coffee is really nice! ????
