Rooms are not good and not clean as required. The rooms are also not sanitised properly. Some electronic gadgets are not in working condition. Washroom don't have geyser facility. Staff are good. Foods are very expensive than other places.

Worst hotel experience!
We had booked 3 rooms in this hotel and paid 50% advance. Hotel Manager urged to pay 100%, luckily we didn't. On arrival on 4th Jan'19, we found that all 3 rooms were stinking. They then readied other 3 rooms, which were still manageable.
In one of the rooms, washroom spray wasn't working.
In two rooms, there was limited hot water and couple of us had to bath with cold water in this chilling winter.
At 11pm, manager calls and asks to return to the rooms so that they can close the main gate and sleep!
Next morning, it took one hour for them to send hot milk for one of us. On ordering packaged drinking water, they provided a bottle without seal pack which tasted sour.
Even before 2 days got completed, manager asks for balance payment(we had paid advance for 2 days for the 4 days' stay) as if we are going to run away without balance payment.
We then decided it was enough and we checked out after 2 days.
We were charged 500/- for an extra bed, although they have mentioned 400/- on their charts on a side wall. On asking, manager goes deaf ears and says...."500/- dena padega". We then didn't remind them of tea and water bill for day 1 !!
To sum up, a very bitter experience and a clear cut NO for recommendation!

As it is a basement bar with indoor smoking, the ambience is nice with comfy cushions. Staff is coop. Had a great time in the bar.
