If I say about the gym trainers Champ Sir and Dolly, they are Experienced and really Friendly. It was really great workout time with them. They do take care of all your medical conditions and trained you accordingly.
And if I say about gym equipments, no matter of which brand it is if your trainer is not good you cant see results in you...

Good service with friendly staff all trainers are certified and experienced , also super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at single floor and they have also kids activities , my gym box conducted every Month trekking or friendly cricket match. my personal suggestion is that you must join My Gym Box family ????????????????????
