Went to get fixed retainer. Fitted on both arches but felt like I couldn't close my mouth properly so went back in and he did some further work on it. I didn't realise what he was doing and thought he was filing down the glue/the retainer. Felt good and could close my mouth properly. Got home and realised he's actually filed my teeth down without actually telling/showing me. I am very upset as this wasn't explained to me and I wasn't given a mirror to see. I feel my teeth are ruined - they are different lengths and have a 45 degree angle shaved into the top. I actually feel sick looking at my teeth.

Very good facilities and treatment procedures. Doctor is very frankly he treats like a family member . Awesome results of my braces within six months .
