Bus service may be good but they are scamming people through Prem Panwar, and once you land in Jaisalmer their scamming starts by taking you to worst hotel "Laughing Buddha" near Hanuman Chowk where he sells high end package to Sand Dunes resort "Janj Resort". "Janj Resort" is not up to the mark as per the package, worst room, no water service at night, bad food, only cultural program is good there.

So BIG NO to this travel bus if you want to peacefully travel to Jaisalmer.

Made a mistake of booking bus with them from Jodhpur to delhi. Poor bus quality. Ac broke down. Staff put up more passengers with an idea of making money. More passengers than the bus could take. Some were even drunk and there were arguments. My seat did not have a glass window which was replaced by a wooden plank temporarily and not fixed properly. Light, sound and air kept leaking inside. Extremely rude behaviour by staff and also bus was delayed by 5 hours. The total journey was supposed to be 10 hours, which became 15 hours. Absolutely dissatisfied.

Delay service, Rest Stop is too cheap they charge an extra amount on product MRP., Comfortable seat with blanket. Dropping points are not as expected( i.e. Need to add more dropping points for Ahmedabad Gujarat for Better options) and many people suffer the issue for the same. Service is not good as per high charges taken from borivali to Ahmedabad (Rs. 1400/-)
