Beautiful railway station of North Western Railways. There are 5 platforms and good amenities available in the station. Platform no 1 has most of the amenities like waiting rooms, refreshments, retiring rooms etc.

Very clean station, appreciate cleaning staff for continuous efforts for maintaining hygiene and clean environment at station. Platform 1 is good and clean, but another side of the station stinks badly, so please avoid going from there. I think it's a garbage dump yard. If you are new to the city, you might get cheated with auto fares, so don't forget to bargain; you'll find much difference. Umaid Bhavan Palace and Mehrangarh Fort are close to the station and must-visit places. This station has two AC waiting rooms, and both are well maintained, one on groundfloor and the other is on the first floor of platform no. 1

The railway station is nicely maintained and well maintained. Many shops and sitting arrangements are there. The station is quite airy which really feels good. Autos are available for the old city from the gate.
