I agree with all Google user, who give them reviews. Their is really Superb Car rental service in Jodhpur. excellent drivers perfect & safe driving. new cars & very clean cars. overall 10/10. thanks Jodhpur car rental.

I have booked a car after seeing the rating expecting a super service. I could have provided 5 star rating for the quality of the vehicle and comfort level (we hired a Tempo Traveller for a week). The positive side is Ashok Ji is very generous Guy whom we contacted initially and easy to talk with. We would never faced any issue demanding any payment and very friendly.

However I have rated 2 star less because of our experience with our Driver Mr. Badal. I am not saying he is bad guy or we had fight with him :). However we missed the expectation which we had in our mind. We have to wait 3/4 times for the cab more than half an hour than the scheduled time. We missed the proper guidance and friendly gesture from the driver which is normally expected when in a long tour. As a group we are disturbed with his behavior to our children and other instances.

Otherwise I would like to recommend this car company may be with other driver with whom our chemistry was not good and we missed the elegant essence of quality service which could have made our trip a more pleasant one.

Spoke with Mr.Mukesh (who runs the taxi company apparently) two days in advance and then a day before our travel requesting an Innova with a carrier on top and bench seating. Landed in Jodhpur to find that the car hadn't been arranged inspite of repeated assurances from him. Finally after half hour of waiting a taxi driver calls saying he would reach in 10mins but has no carrier. Needless to say it was useless for us because we were a large group with luggage. Terrible experience ...the one time we decided to trust Google ratings instead of going through known contacts. Professionalism in India is still a long way off!
