Worst worst worst hospital in the whole city their staff oh my god what to say no words to say about the staff specially Mr. Mishra.

Visited hospital for my 1.5 half year child he was very sick so i decided to consult the doctor first i registered my child name at the receiption they said your number is 17 i said ok no problem then i said to Mr. Mishra that im sitting in the waiting hall call me when my number comes he said ok i will call meantime doctor was on round in his wards to see their admitted child patitents.

After few minutes doctor came from round and enter in his opd room but Mr. Mishra didnt call my number and he is calling number 21,22 and so on and giving permissions to their relatives and closer one in the opd room when i asked Mr. Mishra that y u r sending other patients whose number are later then me then he said i called u but u didnt listen but in reality he didint call i was sitting in the waiting hall from last 1 hour but he is sending his knows patients and relatives when i told him that this is doing wrong then he called the doctor and told the doctor lied that i m scoulding at him but he didnt said to dr that this is his mistake then doctor came out and he started scoulding at me without knowing real reason the doctor should see his staff mistakes first and then he should scould at someone i said y ur LED board is not lightning up for showing current number very very rude behaviour of staff and Doctor i didnt imagine that a doctor like Dr. Rakesh jain will behaves likes this very poor management and staff.

Visited many times in this hospital for my twins babies and for my daughter but didnt imagine this will happen to me very very poor and ueducated staff. I visited many doctors and hospital like goyal,global,vasundhra,ramdeo clinic etc. But didn't face any issues like this coz they have very good management and well trained and educated staff and they behaved very well also.

Destroyed ur whole hospital's image inside me which was build from last 8 years.

This hospital provides best facilities for kids.
Dr.rakesh jain is awesome

Very very bad hospital very rude staff they don't know how to talk.
No parking space for four wheelers very bad surroundings people nearby fought for parking.
