Unprofessional, looters, liers.
Rooms were stinking. Bathroom was not clean. 24x7 hot water is promised but the switch is operated by receptionist's whims. Not recommended for family

we stayed there for a night. since it was December, all the rooms were booked, hence we got room on 3rd floor where there's no lift. This is the major drawback. the food in the restaurant is good. location is on main road itself. Room is small, a bed and few luggages will fill up the room completely.
This is recommended only if you roam outside and use this for night stay.

The ventilation in rooms is not great. If frequent in-outs are needed, then living on upper floors might be inconvenient due to no lift. Good enough for night hold providing value for money.
