A very good place to stay in. Lovely rooms, well maintained and clean. The staff is polite, friendly and have a good knowledge about the city. They guide you well. You will feel welcomed here. Food is excellent as well. Nice ambience at the rooftop restaurant. And also a pretty decent breakfast spread at the ground floor restaurant. But mind you, both restaurants are vegetarian.

Rooms size was good. Cleanliness of the room and especially bathroom was satisfactory. Very good spread for breakfast. Food quality for breakfast / lunch / dinner was amazing. Staff was courteous. We stayed for two days both days we faced shortage of water for bath shower. Otherwise I would have given five stars.

The rooms were spacious and equipped with sofa, desk etc. The bed and pillows were comfy. The toilet seat was rather small though, the toilet flush button leaked and the flush was so powerful, you had to get up. A proper shower (24 hour hot water at right pressure, correct pattern, right height, and no leaking) is a luxury in India, and it worked well.

Most of the power points in the room didn't work:(

There is a good lounge area on level 1. The complementary breakfast had fruits, cereal, toast, south indian food, Puro bhaji, and a couple of other dishes. Really good breakfast.

Overall they need to improve plumbing and electrical work. A common issue in India.
